I know you haven’t heard much from me recently. I’ve been working on building up other projects, more related to the business side of things, than on the DJ tip. One of those big projects is Main Course!

And so it begins. It’s been a long time in the making, but we are finally ready to show ourselves to the world. For so many years, I have worked with, and for others. For their label, the career or otherwise. I’ve learned a great deal, and helped out many along the way. Now it’s time to start working towards one focused and common goal. That goal is Main Course, and there are a bunch of services we offer, and angles we attack from. Check out our About page for more information. If what you read interests you, please get in touch. Hello Hello! I’m finally back in Berlin after some time in the US and Canada, kissing babies and seeing family. One of the highlights had to be guesting on my favourite podcast, Tall Tales, hosted by dude of dudes Them Jeans (Jason Stewart). I imagined a deep talk full of amazing stories and witty anecdotes. I asked my friend Brendan to join us, as he’s hilarious, got stories for days, and is a true music head – it all seemed so perfect in my head. Don’t get me wrong, it was still really cool, but well, i’ll let the description below explain how it went…

Nikki and I sit down with star of stage and screen Brendan Sexton, a young actor well known for such roles as Empire Records, Black Hawk Down, and most recently TV’s The Killing.  Also joined by Jeremiah, aka Neoteric, a DJ and producer.  We start off the show of course with rape chats, move into Brendan’s acting career, skype sex, his down-low social networking, Nikki’s love for the show Intervention, and why I can’t do mushrooms anymore.  Recommended listening for fans of uncomfortable podcasts.

Alrighty! My dude Astronomar has been killin it for a while now. Remember ‘Had to Move On’ from Turned on Vol 2? We’re so glad to see this EP come to light, as it was a long time in the making. I A&R’d this release and brought it to my good friends at Top Billin’, and the response has been amazing – Style of Eye even called it “The best release on Top Billin yet!”. Yes! And it all started when Mar sent me this idea which I really liked. I messed around, added a few things, sprinkled some drums and bam, ‘Playhouse’ was born.
